As you can tell I am very new to the blogging world & I am still trying to figure out how to work this thing! This is my very first post and I want to take some time to talk about fitness and how I incorporate it into my busy day.
I prepare my workout at night before bed. I will set a few goals and a workout plan for the next day. My workouts are about 20 minutes long and I will start them after my daughters first nap (when she is nice and happy). I will pick something and target that for the day, for instance I do abs one day, legs the next, and so on. I will do HIIT (high intensity interval training) for 50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. I repeat each workout at least 1x. Most of my workouts are inspired from past boot camp classes, and Melissa benders blog. I have now started creating my own routines that work best for me and my body. I enjoy that the most because I can modify it to work best for me and my fitness levels.
